JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will be responsible to lead the Animal Nutrition team covering the global market.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing activities and documents.
- Market Intelligence: Update market trends/changes, scan relevant industries & stakeholders to identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and coordinate new businesses, product positioning, proposals and presentations for potential customers in global market.
- Leadership role:
+ Provide coaching and training to team members
+ Develop sales plan and strategy and lead and manage teams to achieve the KPI metrics
- Other ad- hoc tasks by requests (e.g., internal sharing & training, data processing & report, pitching, etc.)
