- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies with team to expand customer base and maximize sales.
- Prepare, review quotations, purchase requests, and payment requests from department staff
- Work and evaluate suppliers and partners to ensure orders are executed safely, with quality, and on schedule
- Propose the business plan for next year to the board of directors.
- Analyze sales data and trends to develop insights and make recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and manage inventory, adjusting stock following the business plan.
- Keep and develop motivation for all staff in department

- Good English or better, can communicate well at work- College degree or higher- Experience in a similar position
