• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports, contributing insights to strategic planning and team growth
• Actively seek and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client recommendations
• Coordinate closely with internal departments and international partners to guarantee seamless shipment processes
• Conduct regular client visits to introduce solutions, discuss commercial terms, and promote business expansion
• Participate in sales meetings and assist in promoting the company’s key trade routes and logistics services
• Establish and nurture solid relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, build loyalty, and ensure long- term collaboration
• Offer tailored logistics solutions such as global freight services, customs handling, inland transport, and related operations
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge of global logistics and supply chain operations, especially across EU and US trade lanes is a big plus
Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, performance- oriented environment
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales of freight forwarding and logistics
Confident, persuasive, and customer- focused
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
