Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
· Conduct onsite visits and facility tours to assess client requirements and propose customized service offerings.
· Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on logistics best practices and value- added services.
· Build strong relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored logistics solutions.
Sales Strategy Execution:
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements and meet customer expectations.
· Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
· Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within your territory.
· Provide feedback to internal teams on market insights and competitive positioning.
· Gather intelligence on customer needs, preferences, and pain points to refine sales strategies and offerings.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
· Prepare regular reports and updates for sales management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
· Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, adjusting action plan as needed to drive results.
