Position Overview
Key Responsibilities – Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts across key international markets. This role focuses on building long- term partnerships with distributors, dealers, and design professionals while ensuring smooth coordination between sales, production, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional client experience.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
• Drive pipeline development and actively convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, key clients, and distribution channels.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are consistently tracked and achieved.
Client & Partner Development
• Expand strategic partnerships in international and regional markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and design professionals.
• Lead negotiations and manage key commercial agreements.
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
• Maintain and develop a structured CRM system to track leads, projects, and sales performance.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order completion.
• Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
Project & Cross- Functional Coordination
• Coordinate closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Resolve operational issues to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Monitor project timelines, production schedules, and delivery milestones.
Market & Business Development Insights
• Identify new business opportunities and support brand expansion in target markets.
• Gather market insights and client feedback to support product development and commercial strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in furniture, design, luxury products, or B2B industries is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
• Experience working with international distributors or B2B clients is highly preferred.
