Negotiate with clients the rates, terms which will satisfy both benefit of clients and the hotel.
Periodically contact client while in- house to be certain all is in order and going well.
Periodically contact clients to update the information which is necessary for business.
Update information of corporate accounts in town and new comers or new projects every month
To effectively achieve or exceed sales goals set by the Director of Sales.
Upon receiving signed contact, forward to Director of Sales for definite booking and alert all concerned department
To do sales call periodically to bring customers to the hotel for site inspection, and prospect new accounts in the corporate territory.
To develop sales activities to achieve maximum sales of Citadines Central Binh Duong to current and prospective customers providing a mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business- to- business selling environment.
Review availability of unit and research any alternative which should be offered. The units presented to maximize occupancy and rate.
Supply daily sales reports supporting productivity standards
To consult daily with Director of Sales concerning the corporate accounts and how they relate to the sales success of the room.
Effective merchandising, prospecting, solicitation, site inspection, booking of business and promotion for the hotel.
Prepare monthly report of activities and results which includes sales results, the share of the market, market trend, competitive activity, and forecast report to be submitted to Director of Sales
Responsible for administrative efforts necessary to perform these tasks
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing preferred.
Proven experience in sales (preferred Hospitality / Tourism).
English / Chinese communication skills
EXPERIENCE
At least one (1) year of sales & marketing experience related operations and/or experience in a similar role preferably in a hospitality environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY
Strong guest service orientation and outstanding attention to detail.
Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to work under pressure.
Outgoing, interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and establish appropriate action plans.
Resourceful and able to work independently.
