Become a Sales Manager(Automotive, ID 19396) at a foreign- invested company and earn $1.800/month:Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase sales volume and strengthen dealer network performance in the Northern region.Establish annual and monthly sales targets; monitor performance against KPIs and adjust plans in response to market conditions.Lead and support dealer sales teams by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance their selling capability and customer service quality.Manage end- to- end sales operations, ensuring smooth processes from order placement to vehicle delivery and accurate reporting.Strengthen dealer relationships through regular visits, joint business planning, and performance reviews.Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and propose countermeasures.Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, After- sales, Finance, Logistics) to ensure effective communication and operational alignment with dealers.Oversee dealers’ participation in value chain activities, including after- sales services, finance, and insurance programs.Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and recommend improvement actions based on performance analysis.

Experience in dealer sales operations, sales planning, and sales process improvement is essential.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 5 years of experience in Sales Management or Dealer Management, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
