About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SALES MANAGER (BESS) based in Hanoi to grow our business in northern Vietnam. The candidate will report to top management at Ampotech’s Singapore headquarters and collaborate with Ampotech’s Vietnam team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Ampotech is a Singapore- based technology company that provides AI- and IoT- enabled smart energy management solutions. We help businesses in commercial real estate, manufacturing, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors optimize energy performance, reduce operational costs, and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
· Meet prospects to qualify opportunities and introduce Ampotech’s solutions.
· Travel within Vietnam to attend events, visit customers, and collaborate with Ampotech’s team in Ho Chi Minh City.
· Present the solution to the customer, negotiate the project contract to win deals, and manage the customer relationship through implementation.
· Collect information from the customer site and coordinate with the project team in Ho Chi Minh City to prepare proposals while managing commercial and technical risks.
· Track KPIs and report progress to the management team.
· Identify and contact potential customers for Battery Energy Storage Systems through cold calls & emails, and in- person networking events.
· Act as a speaker and brand ambassador at industry- related events, conferences, and seminars.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
· At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales for solar photovoltaic solutions, battery energy storage systems, or energy management and automation solutions .
· Responsible, self- motivated, and able to work independently.
· Has an existing network with potential customers for battery energy storage solution, and is able to identify and build relationships with decision makers.
· Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (spoken & written).
· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.
· Able to think strategically, with a pro- active mentality to identify and connect with potential partners, customers, and key decision makers.
