Key Responsibilities:
Represent the hotel at industry functions, sales missions, and networking activities.
Negotiate contracts, proposals, and rates in line with the hotel’s business strategies.
Develop and manage the Corporate market segment to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients and events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, and business partners.
Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, focusing on the Corporate segment.
Proactive, results- oriented, and adaptable to a fast- paced pre- opening environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong track record of achieving sales goals and developing key accounts.
