Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
Proven record of growing business and starting new accounts.

Outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask.
Strong sense of responsibility, team work and service awareness.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Good at communication and negotiation, be flexible and quick response.
Sales experience with success in the cold- calling environment.
Experience and Qualifications
Experienced in tools such as MS Excel/PPT/SharePoint etc.
Customer/ BD/ Operations Engagement.
Developing solutions for major customers.
Written and spoken English, Mandarin is plus.
At least 5- 6 years of experience in working in a logistics/freight forwarding environment.
