Manage daily activities of the Sales under the guidance of the Director of Sales
• Support; Oversee group conferences and related events to enhance the guest experience and help maintain business partnerships.
• Manage daily activities of the Sales under the guidance of the Director of Sales.
• Perform other tasks requested by the General Manager/Director of Sales.
• Meet with key and potential customers, establish and maintain relationships, ensuring pre- and post- meetings are conducted by the Sales team to provide customer feedback to management.
• Participate in typical tourism events, business trips and promotional events to introduce the Resort&039;s image as assigned by the Director of Sales.
• Manage companies&039; data systems to ensure information is always accurate and continuously updated.
• Support Department staff in contacting key companies or companies that are difficult to contact.
• Maintain and promote relationships and attract business development through existing partners and seek new customer sources.
• Participating training courses and meetings as demanded.
• Analyze market changes, under the guidance of the Director of Sales, propose programs to respond to market tastes.
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! Experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensure department staff are always updated with competitor information, and have summary reports during internal department meetings or when necessary.
• Representing the Director of Sales to manage the department when the Director of Sales is absent.
• Always reach out to key customers in each segment to stay up to date with current market needs, competitive initiatives and the effectiveness of programs.
• Monitor and measure established goals with subordinates and assist in formulating strategies to address deficits to ensure achievement of revenue plans for the month/quarter/year.

• Having at least 02 years working experience as the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/ resort.
• Being proficient in office informatics, hotel management software.
• Having good commercial and business sense.
• Having good situation solving skills.
• Mastering in hospitality activities.
• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well.
• Being able to work independently under high pressure.
• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession.
• Being fluent in English; being able to using other language.
• Graduating from college and higher, majoring in guest service, business.
