This role is as part of the Sales Department, report directly to the Business Unit Manager. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts and suppliers, developing the sales team, and ensuring sustainable business growth with key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
- Prepare regular sales and market reports
- Attend supplier seminars to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide product and solution consultation based on customer needs and market trends
- Daily business operations: identify new leads, assess credit risk, and submit order approvals
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Develop sales forecasts and action plans for assigned customers
- Support team development and training
- Expand customer base and convert potential leads into key accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
