Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coach 1–2 sales staff to ensure team performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Account, Creative, and Processing) to deliver tailored proposals and campaign solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.
• Report sales activities and forecasts to the Japanese Director.
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients in Vietnam (focus on local corporations such as Masan Group; connections with Korean/Taiwanese firms are a plus).
• Lead sales planning and client acquisition strategy to achieve business targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in advertising & digital marketing.
