Fomex Global is a B2B plywood export company, serving international customers and business partners worldwide.
We are building a structured, disciplined, and sustainable sales system, focusing on controlled international market expansion and developing a high- performance Sales team.
We are looking for an International Sales Manager with strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ambition to make a significant impact in global export markets.
POSITION PURPOSE
Lead and develop the International B2B Sales team
Build and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and export market expansion
Develop strategic clients and new international markets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for the Sales department
Ensure compliance with company processes, operational discipline, and corporate culture
Handle key accounts, large deals, and high- value negotiations when required
Oversee sales pipeline, CRM system, and customer experience (CX)
Acquire and develop strategic clients, upsell existing customers, and expand into new markets
Manage revenue, profit targets, KPIs, and team performance
Lead weekly/monthly business reviews and optimize sales performance
Recruit, train, coach, and develop the Sales team

3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / International Sales
1–2 years of experience in managing a Sales team
Knowledge of export operations, Incoterms, shipping documents, and international payment methods
Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
Proven experience working with international clients or partners
Strong leadership, coaching ability, and high sense of ownership
Strategic mindset, ability to perform under revenue pressure, and KPI- driven
