Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and packages.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive room nights and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other leisure partners.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize potential.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales trips, and networking events
Develop and manage the Leisure market segment to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Yêu cầu công việc
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast- paced pre- opening environment.
Proven track record in achieving sales goals and building client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
At least 3- 5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, with a focus on the Leisure segment.
