Sales Manager – MICE/ Leisure

The Sales Manager – MICE / Leisure is responsible for driving revenue through meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, and leisure group segments. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing market share in alignment with hotel sales strategies.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow accounts.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship- building skills.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel sales, with proven exposure to MICE and/or Leisure segments.
Familiar with hotel sales systems (Delphi, Opera, IHG Concerto) and Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of group sales, event planning, and contract negotiation.
Experience with international hotel brands is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
