Main responsibilities:
• Build a proactive, strategic relationships throughout all levels of our customer’s organization to create an intimate knowledge of each customer’s direction, focus, priorities, and related market trends.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports of his or her activities.
• Monitor market and competitor activities.
• Be the first contact of processing of offers, orders, invoices, and after- sales services. In the meantime, to follow up order process, delivery schedule and payment from customers.
• Increase sales within Vietnam with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
• Participate to assigned trainings and systematically use systems to generate offers and document weekly commercial activities.
• Define and execute a clear prospection plan focusing on key potential customers
