Sales Manager - Quản lý Kinh doanh

Main responsibilities
• Conduct and implement the Quarterly/Yearly Sales Action Plan
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
• Prospect for potential new accounts and turn them into generated business
• Build a solid and up to date database of leisure and corporate accounts in domestic market
• Handle VIP corporate clients and VIP Fam Trip personally if necessary and required
• Strive to achieve the revenue targets set forth by the property
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation
• Seek for new leisure market feeders under the direct supervision of Senior Sales Manager
• Check and control daily hotel revenue figures against budgets targets
• Do market research and provide market intelligence
• Strongly cooperate with the sales team to achieve the sales target
• Build, foster and enhance the relationship with all market segments in domestic market with strong focus on TA/TOs

• Management and organization skills, result- oriented • Strong sales skill
• Good relationship with Travel Agents/Corporate
• BA or MBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management or other related majors
• Able to co- ordinate work processes in a systematic manner
• Able to work with limited supervision
• Persuasive skill
• Possess customer- handling techniques
• Able to react fast but calmly in the midst of any co- ordination problems
• Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS
• Good communication and administration skill
• Sales experience in Danang/ Hoi An market is an advantage
• Must possess a patient, pleasant personality
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 4- 5- star hotel/resort with equivalent role
• Good database of guests is preferable
• Excellent in both English writing and speaking (Korean language is an advantage)
