Responsibilities:
Leverage your strong business network to generate qualified leads and close outsourcing project deals.
Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Develop and deliver quotations, proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
Engage and work directly with C- level executives to present solutions, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
Act as a consultant to clients, nurturing relationships and providing the right solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, including project follow- ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify, approach, and build long- term relationships with enterprise clients (both mid- sized and large corporations).
Requirements:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written; experience working with international clients (US, EU, AU markets).
Proven track record in selling large outsourcing/IT service deals to enterprise clients.
Consulting mindset with the ability to nurture client relationships long- term.
Strong network with corporate clients across industries.
Mature, patient, and professional personality.
Experience in working with C- level executives.
Excellent skills in proposal building, pitching, presenting, and negotiating.
