Coordinate with the internal Merchandising team to execute orders, monitor production schedules, and resolve arising issues.
Collaborate with third parties such as quality assurance/quality control providers, laboratories, and certification bodies to ensure compliance with international standards.
Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with international clients and fashion brands seeking garment manufacturing and export services.
Maintain long- term customer relationships, handle feedback, and propose service improvement initiatives.
Track and update order status for customers, ensuring on- time delivery and adherence to committed quality.
Receive and process customer orders, clarifying technical requirements, product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.

Bachelor&039;s Degree or higher
In- depth knowledge of FOB production and export processes, quality standards, and international trade regulations.
3–5+ years of proven experience in sales for the apparel industry, primarily jackets (FOB).
Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, contract closing, and customer relationship management.
Male/Female, 30- 45 years old
Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and travel for business
Proficient in English (Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus).
