• Standardly complete sales data statistics, performance report preparation and various sales auxiliary work to ensure the closed loop of the sales process.
• Be responsible for the marketing and sales of the company&039;s products/services, accurately meet market needs, formulate personal sales strategies and plans, and efficiently achieve the established sales targets;
• Pay close attention to market dynamics, industry trends and competitor information, sort out and analyze them in a timely manner and feed back to the company, and put forward reasonable suggestions for product optimization and market strategy adjustment;
• Maintain core customer relationships, conduct regular active follow- ups, deeply insight into customer needs, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote the implementation of secondary cooperation and referral business;
• Proficiently use social media platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and LinkedIn, as well as various online sales tools to carry out customer development, communication and follow- up, demand exploration and conversion work;
