Sales Planning Assistant

Marketing Operations Management

Support the planning and alignment of marketing strategies and objectives across overseas stores
Manage and coordinate marketing operations across four overseas stores in Vietnam and Jakarta
Research and analyze retail market trends and marketing activities
Collect and consolidate marketing calendars from all stores
Monitor and manage marketing budgets for each store

Reporting

Prepare daily reports and presentation materials for headquarters in Korea
Coordinate with relevant departments and Lotte subsidiaries to collect and consolidate sales data

Other Responsibilities

Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Comply with the Company&039;s Internal Working Regulations and related policies

Professional knowledge of Sales Planning Standards, Data Analytics
Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
High level of integrity, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership/teamwork skills
A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business or related field is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in related position
Fluency in English
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with an excellent mind for communication
