Track project timelines and ensure ongoing communication and satisfaction with clients.
Document key discussion points and translate them into actionable insights for proposal and delivery teams.
Participate in meetings with clients (in Japanese or English) to identify business challenges, requirements, and project objectives.
Support account management activities to strengthen client relationships and facilitate project follow- ups.
Assist in preparing corporate materials, including company profiles, presentations, and promotional documentation.
Collaborate with presales and technical departments to develop proposals, quotations, and related materials.
Maintain and update account information within the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven ability in communication, organization, and documentation.
Strong analytical and logical thinking with an understanding of business processes and client needs.
Japanese proficiency at business level (JLPT N2 or higher) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
Basic familiarity with software development, e- commerce, or AI solutions is a plus.
Prior experience working with Japanese clients or within an IT/offshore project environment is preferred.
