Sales Staff (Japanese-speaking) (Open for Freshers)

Job Responsibilities
Management of Contract Sales Workers
• Collect market information and report to management
• Conduct store visits and daily follow- up
• Manage and support approximately 30 contract Sales Workers assigned to stores
Existing Client Development
• Handle accounts in both MT (Modern Trade) and TT (Traditional Trade) channels
• Expand product SKUs and store coverage with existing clients
• Conduct sales activities toward:
Distributors (mainly for TT)
MT headquarters or branch offices
• Build and maintain relationships with Japanese retail clients such as AEON and KOHNAN
New Business Development
• Develop new customers and new stores, mainly in the TT channel
• Approach potential clients and propose product introduction
Mission & Targets
• Achieve company- wide annual sales growth of approximately 190% year- on- year
• Increase the number of retail stores carrying the company’s products
Client portfolio ratio (approx.):
• TT: 50–60%
• MT (mainly Japanese retailers): 40%

Sales incentive: paid quarterly
