Sales Support Officer

Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the support function to Sales but is not limited to all aspects related to regular orders and administrative works so that Sales have more time for field works and develop new business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support sales to collect bad debts from customers;
- Handle issues on delivery and together with sales team to solve customer’s complaints.
- Support the others works related when sales team are on field;
- Prepare documents to send to customers as their requested (contract, product registration, statement, quotation…).
- Communicate with customers and internal team on the blocked sales order due to overdue payment, over credit limit…
- Monitor and manage stock balance for assigned key account, remind customers to get orders.
- Receive purchased order from customers/sales then proceed those orders with appropriate departments.
- Check and issue purchase order relate to sales forecast and according to planning systems.
- Other tasks as assigned
- Support sales to compose and follow up all documents for approval, quotation, contract;
- Coordinate with sales & regulatory teams to confirm re- proclaim expired food regulatory documents. Support sales to sending samples to test periodically.
- Support sales create new product code, vendor code, and customer code on system;
- Support sales to get data for sales reports;
- Follow up and arrange with customer service team on customer’s delivery schedule.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/ Chemistry/ Foreign Trade/ Business Administration or related majors
Experience : 2 year- experience in sales admin/ sales support/ customer care in distribution companies
Others : as follows;
§ Fluent in English – writing and speaking
§ Meticulous attention to detail
§ Good computer skills e.g. practical knowledge of MS Office
§ Excellent project and time management skills
§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
§ Knowledge of CRM/ SAP system including in- depth understanding of data structure.
