Sales Trainee

in charge of sales operations & customer management including:
sales operations

in charge of sales & daily stock reports.
receive purchase order and follow delivery & payment process with customers.
work closely with others team for stock allocation.

customer management

build & develop strong relationships with key customers.
resolve all of customers issues and complaints.
plan and present reports on customer progress and goals.
follow up to ensure all customer’s needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
collaborate with the internal team to maximize sales revenue.

all of other related tasks assigned by line manager.

Education background:

Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/Economics or related major.

Working experience:

Having experience in related position is an advantage.
No working experience is required.

Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is preferred)
Good negotiation and result oriented.

Others:

Willing to learn and willing to do.
