On a day- to- day basis, you will be the first line of support for Salesforce related cases, and inquiries, where you will be troubleshooting issues and assisting the sales and marketing teams with data management and development of the Salesforce implementation. To start, your main responsibilities will include creating users, building reports and dashboards, providing on- site training, helping to support several Salesforce plug- ins, and assisting with other projects as needed.

Create training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added

Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
Assist with training and users on the use of Salesforce.com
Design, configure & develop solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions
Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and escalate as needed
Develop reports, dashboards

Training abilities and strong communication capabilities
Familiar with the features of Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (preferably with community- related experience)
Excellent communication skills and self- starter mentality and good command of English in addition to local language
Bachelor’s Degree
Familiar with Aura, LWC and other development languages (preferred)
Salesforce certification- Developer 1 or Developer 2 (preferred)
Desire to learn and collaborate cross- departmentally
Ability to develop, QA and deploy independently
Previous experience with Pardot and/or database management tools (preferred)
2+ years’ experience with designing and developing enterprise Salesforce.com solutions (including Apex, Lightning components, triggers, workflows, SOQL, Batch, etc.)
