Participate in projects focused on Salesforce development, system enhancement, and innovative solution design.
Support large- scale Salesforce org operations, including data management for environments with millions of records.
Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices, testing, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and implement high- quality Salesforce features using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, and related technologies.
Configure Salesforce objects, permissions, CRMA dashboards, and reports according to business requirements.
Manage the integration between Salesforce and external systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator & Developer.
Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with:
Salesforce configuration: Objects, Permissions, CRMA, Reports
Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, Developer Console
OQL, SAQL, SOSL
Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and communication ability.
Experience handling large- scale datasets (over 10M records).
Familiarity with Custom Aura Component UI development.
Experience managing Salesforce orgs with over 500 users.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., GCP).
Experience with MySQL or other RDBMS and SQL development.
Strong SQL skills.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in web application development or BizActor development.
Java / JavaScript (RUI) development experience.
Experience developing with Spring Framework.
Experience using Git, Jira, and other collaboration tools.
