SAP ABAP Senior Specialist

- Conduct reviews and identify vulnerabilities or risks in IT systems within the Core ERP Application Development domain that could result in data loss or affect system integrity. Propose action plans and roadmaps to mitigate issues, ensuring business continuity.
- Provide technical support, resolve incidents, and ensure user- friendliness of IT systems in the daily operations of the company’s Core ERP systems.
- Periodically review and audit IT resources in the Core ERP Application Development domain, including user access rights, software licenses, and hosting services, ensuring compliance and system stability.
- Collaborate with the Business Analysis team to understand and capture new requirements, propose solutions, and carry out development, operation, and maintenance of IT systems in the IT Core ERP Application Development domain, ensuring system integrity and efficiency.
- Propose and implement preventive solutions to mitigate risks in the Core ERP Application Development domain, ensuring IT security and stability.
- Participate in exploring and testing new technologies to improve and advance the company’s IT capabilities within the Core ERP Application Development domain.
- Participate in establishing and operating the software development lifecycle for Core ERP Application Development following DevOps standards (new development, change management, error tracking and resolution, testing, and deployment).
- Design, develop, implement, manage, operate, and maintain IT systems, including software systems, websites, mobile applications, and other systems within the IT Core ERP Application Development domain, ensuring safe and uninterrupted operation.
- Advise and manage user access rights for applications related to Core ERP development, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide consultation and coordinate with external partners in implementing and integrating new IT solutions into actual company operations to meet medium- and long- term business development needs in the Core ERP Application Development domain.

- Strong English reading comprehension, particularly for IT technical documentation.
- In- depth understanding of SAP processes and workflows.
- Minimum 3 years of programming experience, with at least 2 years in ABAP development.
- Knowledgeable about ERP systems, especially SAP.
- Proficient in ABAP and .NET programming; familiar with database management systems.
- Comprehensive understanding and application of the full software development lifecycle, from front- end to back- end.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
