SAP Technical Lead (ABAP)

Technical Leadership & Delivery
₋ Lead end- to- end technical delivery of SAP projects, ensuring solution architecture, quality, and timelines.
₋ Provide technical and architectural direction for SAP/ABAP solutions in line with best practices.
₋ Resolve complex and high- risk technical issues to ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.
Technical Advisory
₋ Guide engineering teams on solution design, implementation, and technical decision- making.
₋ Act as a technical solution advisor across projects.
People & Resource Management
₋ Lead recruitment, training, and performance development of team members.
₋ Allocate and manage technical resources across projects.
₋ Define and enforce technical checklists and naming conventions.
₋ Manage and develop the technical consulting team to support project delivery.
Standards & Continuous Improvement
₋ Drive continuous improvement of technical processes, tools, and delivery practices
₋ Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and quality controls.

At least 5 years of hands- on experience in SAP ABAP development with proven experience leading ABAP development teams or workstreams.
Solid experience in SAP customization and enhancement to meet business requirements.
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and experience integrating SAP systems with other applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
