Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth Execution
• Work with the Field sales to develop growth strategies for high school across target provinces.
• Identify market expansion opportunities in other provinces.
• Plan, develop, and execute scalable lead- acquisition models across high schools in Hồ Chí Minh, Ha Noi, Da Nang.
School Partnerships
• Build, maintain, and deepen strategic relationships with School PICs (principal, vice principal).
• Conduct school satisfaction analyses and propose improvements to strengthen ongoing partnerships.
Field Sales & Team Leadership
• Build and manage Field Sales (FSO) and School Relations teams to deliver monthly lead targets.
• Train and coach teams on relationship management, presentation skills, school implementation SOPs, and student engagement communication.
• Oversee monthly / quarterly performance reviews and drive operational excellence across field teams.
