SCM Import Export Senior staff

I/ Key Responsibilities:

Manage export operations for finished FeMo products, including preparation of shipping documents (B/L, invoice, packing list, COO) and coordination with forwarders and customers.
Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, EPC contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliant and timely equipment imports.
Prepare, review, and manage documents required for tax and import duty exemption, including investment licenses, equipment lists, technical descriptions, and supporting documents.
Execute logistics and documentation tasks related to toll processing and export shipments on behalf of SMK.
Respond to customer shipment requests and manage delivery schedules in coordination with Sales and SCM teams.
Support audits, inspections, and government inquiries related to import/export and investment equipment.
Take ownership of import procedures for investment equipment under Phase 2, ensuring proper application of duty exemption for foreign- invested enterprises in Vietnam.
Monitor regulatory compliance related to customs, trade, and foreign- invested enterprise requirements, and proactively identify potential risks or issues.
Input production, delivery, and shipment- related data into the ERP system and ensure consistency across logistics, inventory, and accounting records.
Execute and manage import operations for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and Phase 2 project equipment, including shipment scheduling, documentation, and customs clearance.

II/ Job Requirements:
Education:

University degree in International Trade or other related fields.

Skills:

Have a progressive spirit and a willingness to learn.
Proficient English in communication and reporting.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Communication skills and teamwork mindset.
