SCM Supervisor (Purchasing)

KPI and Budget Management: Implement team KPIs, monitor performance, and achieve targets. Assist management in preparing the annual budget and control costs within the approved budget.
Operational Efficiency: Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and maximize resource use, including materials, spare parts, and manpower. Oversee regular equipment maintenance and calibration across the factory.
Procurement and Contract Management: Supervise all purchasing activities, negotiate with existing suppliers, and find new ones when needed. Manage and oversee related supply chain contracts.
Order and Delivery Management: Track purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely and quality supplies. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues and maintain sufficient materials for production.
Market and Cost Monitoring: Monitor market prices for items like LME metals, sugar, OCC paper, and other macro/micro factors affecting costs.
Develop Strategic Suppliers: Identify, evaluate, and select key suppliers for raw materials and packaging. Test new samples to ensure quality and quantity. Negotiate and prepare contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

Age: From 27 years old
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

At least 2 years experience in the similar position.
Experience in the Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferable.
Knowledge and experience in spare parts management for local and international purchasing in Food & Beverages is a plus.

Soft skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good English communication skills is preferable
Good management skills such as planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc.

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday

Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
(1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
