Scrum Master (Design) - Sign On Bonus

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support our Designing team in building impactful, user- centered product experiences. This role requires a unique blend of agile expertise, product collaboration, and design sensibility. You’ll partner with the Product

Product Development & Research
Help manage product documentation, roadmaps, and feature requests.
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection.
Support the Product Lead in identifying trends, opportunities, and potential improvements.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with cross- functional teams.
Maintain detailed records of product lifecycle stages and updates.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Assist in testing, user experience evaluations, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external.
Gather and analyze product performance data to generate reports and insights.
Team Communication
Respond to inquiries related to product development, design and updates.
Help facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana,...).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Able to work with tight deadlines and schedules
Ability to adapt to a changing environment, open mindset & strong teamwork spirit
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and customer journey mapping.

2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role is a plus.
