You’ll Do
- Drive alignment across stakeholders — ensuring product, engineering, design, and operations move as one.
- Shield the team from distractions, remove blockers, and create the conditions for high- velocity delivery.
- Ensure the team consistently applies the &039;Definition of Ready&039; and &039;Definition of Done&039; in every sprint and maintain a healthy backlog for Product growth.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand- ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) to keep teams engaged and effective.
- Coach product and engineering teams on Agile practices, helping them continuously improve.
- As a Scrum Master at GemCommerce, you’ll be the driving force behind our product delivery excellence. Your mission is to help our teams stay focused, adaptive, and aligned- ensuring that every sprint brings us closer to building the best no- code eCommerce design platform.
- Track and analyze key metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time, etc.) to help the team improve efficiency and predictability.

You’ll have:
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict- resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, or similar) with ability to set up workflows supporting Scrum practices.
- A servant- leader mindset- you empower the team rather than manage it.
- Experience working with distributed or cross- functional teams.
- Certification (CSM, PMP, etc.) is a must.
- Proven at least 3- year experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast- moving product environment (SaaS/eCommerce preferred). Technical base is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and how to apply them pragmatically.

- Monday to Friday
- Afternoon: 1:00 pm- 5:45 pm (check out from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm)
- Morning: 8:00 am- 12:00 pm (check in from 8:00 am to 8:45 am)
