Job Purpose:
You will report directly to the Global Social Brand Lead with a dotted line to the SEA PR & Communications Lead. You will work closely with the different key stakeholders across our 3 studios in SEA: Gameloft Saigon, Gameloft Hanoi, & Gameloft Yogjakarta, to develop their social media & community development strategies with the goal to grow the notoriety of Gameloft as a leading game developer in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the right channel strategies & social media editorial lines which will drive engagement & highlight the talents, expertise & values of each studio.

For this position, you are expected to be a passionate and tech- savvy social media marketeer with an understanding of the role of social media in branding strategies for game development studios. You’re the kind of social marketeer who is aware of trends in your field and always looking for ways to instill these into your day- to- day role.
Main Responsibilities
Channel & Content Planning
Develops tactics to drive employee advocacy and create synergies across studios to strengthen Gameloft’s international brand presence.
Uses global engagement frameworks to define engagement and moderation framework (tone of voice, engagement tactics, response bibles, automated moderation, escalation process) for each SEA Gameloft studio’s (Saigon, Hanoi, Yogyakarta) based on the specifics between each major social media outlet to craft relevant content pillars and editorial lines.
Develops and maintains an evergreen content pipeline ensuring consistent and engaging communication across all channels.
Campaign Development
Be a key driver of creativity by collaborating closely with creative teams to define new content formats and ensure consistent, oversee the high- quality execution of campaign across all channels.
Develops tent pole campaigns across the channels you are responsible for to highlight key event in your studios or brand values (community challenges, UGC campaigns, engagement campaigns, contests, live events…).
Data Analysis & Budget Management
Works closely with key stakeholders to capitalize on social & community insights for each studio.
Understands all community KPIs (engagement, rate, growth, retention, reach, impressions…) & develop the social media & community reporting frameworks for each studio.
Oversees the paid social strategy for each studio.
Team Work & Communication
Builds a strong trust relationship with the different stakeholders in your studio by actively involving and showcasing your studio development coworkers in your channel strategy & content plans.
Supervises Community Interns in Gameloft Hanoi & Gameloft Yogjakarta to ensure the execution of content plans in each studio (publishing, moderation & reporting).
Requirement:
Analytical and KPI- driven, with hands- on experience using social media toolstack (e.g publishing tools, social listening tools), community management.
Passionate about video games and gaming culture, with a creative and idea- driven mindset with positive energy, team spirit & a zest of fun are a must.
Strong understanding of social media usage and trends in SEA, especially Vietnam and Indonesia, to shape effective strategies.
Proven experience in social media, content creation and community management within international working environment, ideally in the gaming, digital entertainment and tech industry.
Excellent communicator and relationship- builder, able to collaborate across global teams with good English skills.
Nice to have:
Be confident in front of the camera and able to lead interviews to the developer team and external partners.
Content development experience is not mandatory but can be a plus (statics, animated videos such as shorts, TikToks etc.).
