Security Agent (Nhân viên An Ninh)

• Prepare incident reports and security logs as required.
• Kiểm soát ra/vào của khách, nhân viên, nhà thầu và phương tiện theo quy định.
• Phối hợp xử lý các sự cố khẩn cấp: cháy nổ, tai nạn, gây rối, mất mát tài sản.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, disturbances, or theft.
• Control access of guests, staff, contractors, and vehicles in accordance with hotel policies.
• Hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác khi có yêu cầu liên quan đến an ninh, trật tự.
• Comply with hotel regulations and occupational safety standards.
• Support other departments on security- related matters when necessary.
• Tuân thủ nội quy khách sạn và tiêu chuẩn an ninh – an toàn lao động.
• Đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn cho khách, nhân viên và tài sản của khách sạn.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout hotel premises to identify and prevent security risks.
• Giám sát hệ thống CCTV, báo cháy, báo động và các thiết bị an ninh khác.
• Lập biên bản, báo cáo sự việc an ninh theo quy trình.
• Tuần tra định kỳ các khu vực trong khách sạn, phát hiện và xử lý kịp thời các rủi ro an ninh.
• Monitor CCTV, fire alarm systems, and other security equipment.
• Ensure safety and security for guests, employees, and hotel property.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Sức khỏe tốt, nhanh nhẹn, trung thực, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
• Kỹ năng quan sát, xử lý tình huống và giao tiếp tốt.
• Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên; ưu tiên có chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ bảo vệ/an ninh.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm an ninh khách sạn/resort.
• Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản là lợi thế.
• Có thể làm việc theo ca, ban đêm và ngày lễ.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Good physical condition; honest, alert, and responsible.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem- solving skills.
• Basic English communication is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and public holidays.
• High school diploma or above; security- related certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in hotel or resort security is preferred.
