Security Lead/ Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Security Operations
• Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and visitor registration processes.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage of security posts and patrol routes inside and outside the factory.
• Conduct inspections of factory gates, warehouses, and production areas to prevent theft or intrusion.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and external security contractors.
Incident Response & Investigation
• Respond immediately to incidents such as theft, intrusion, fire, or accidents.
• Support coordination with local police, fire department, and emergency services.
• Conduct initial investigations, collect evidence, and report to Security Manager.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
• Conduct regular security audits and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that all security activities comply with company policies, ISO standards, and local regulations.
• Support Security Manager in implementing new security procedures and awareness training.
Asset & Information Protection
• Supervise control of material movement, tools, and confidential documents.
• Prevent unauthorized use or transportation of company materials.
• Ensure the security of company property, IT equipment, and production assets.
Reporting & Team Management
• Propose improvements to strengthen security systems and procedures.
• Prepare daily and weekly security reports on incidents, patrols, and access control.
• Maintain shift rosters, attendance, and discipline within the security team.
• Support recruitment and training for new guards.
