Security Supervisor - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Pre-opening Stage

Maximizes associate productivity through the use of multi- skilling, multi- tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests
Monitors and controls the movement of all associates leaving and entering the hotel through the associate entrance.
Patrols public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and missing or inoperative safety equipment
Records all occurrences of security interest in the log book for the information of the security personnel and management.
Supports to conduct regular communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Handles investigation and reports all claims regarding thefts, accidents, injury, property damage, vandalism and trespassing from guests, visitors or hotel personnel with the assistance of local police if necessary.
Conducts enquiries and checks on all security and fire related incidents and submit initial reports
Ensures the Security Officers are at areas of their assignment at all times.
Assists Security Manager/ Assistant Security Manager in the preparation and daily operation.
Compiles and records data for Security Control.
Supervises operational procedures for activities such as fire prevention and fire fighting, traffic control, guarding and patrolling physical property, orienting and monitoring of personnel involved with classified information, and investigation of accidents and criminal acts.

Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
Pre- opening experience is preferable
Luxury background in resort and urban city
3 years of experience in the same position
