Senior Accountant (Inventory, Costing)

To manage inventory control, product costing and operational reporting.
To ensure accurate stock records, cost analysis, and timely operational reports to support strategic decision- making and improve overall efficiency.

Inventory Management

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.
Coordinate with terminals and procurement teams for stock recording on time.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Perform regular stock reconciliations and cycle counts.

Costing & Financial Analysis

Prepare product cost sheets and maintain standard costing systems.
Check material, labor, and overhead costs.
Monitor cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in month- end and year- end closing related to inventory and costing.

Operations Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Develop related report in ERP system
Prepare operational data as required by Accounting Manager
Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis

- 2- 5 years of experience of inventory management, costing and operation reporting
- Good MS Office, Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP system
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Good Communication and coordination skills
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
