Senior Agentic AI Expert

Role Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to transition your expertise in AI or GenAI to a cutting- edge Agentic AI environment — no prior experience with Agentic AI is required, but strong fundamentals in AI and problem- solving are essential
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Agentic AI Expert to join our team in delivering an enterprise- level Agentic AI solution for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to develop AI systems capable of autonomous decision- making and dynamic task execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with cross- functional teams and the client’s AI division to design, develop, and integrate Agentic AI solutions.
Research and apply AI techniques (LLMs, reasoning, planning, orchestration) to support complex, dynamic workflows.
Convert existing models (GenAI/ML- based) into more autonomous, goal- driven agentic systems.
Participate in technical discussions and communicate effectively with Korean stakeholders in English.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed AI modules.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

AI- driven automation or recommendation systems
Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, Transformers)
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Machine Learning / Deep Learning

Solid understanding of core AI concepts: reasoning, planning, representation learning, multi- agent systems (is a plus).
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken) to liaise with international teams and Korean clients.
Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
Open mindset and eagerness to explore the emerging field of Agentic AI.
