Senior Analyst/ Assistant Vice President – Operation Planning Group

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Monitor and handle operations outsourcing activities and issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by Department Head and Team leader
• Support other Operation Departments in trouble shooting and solution brainstorming.
• Coordinate with Front Office in providing banking solutions to customers.
• Participate in project management of Operations projects such as system enhancement, launching new products, new services.
• Assist Department Head, Team leader in streamlining operation processes and incident/crisis management
• Participate in making and arranging Business Continuity Plan for the bank.
• In charge of the Kaizen activities in the branch.
