Senior Architect

A Senior Architect is responsible for leading the design and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring creative, technical, and operational excellence. This role involves managing project teams, liaising directly with clients, overseeing the full project lifecycle, and maintaining high standards of design quality and technical precision using Revit and other BIM- related software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using Revit and other CAD software.
- Lead client meetings to gather project requirements, understand visions, and define scopes.
- Adjust and refine design concepts and construction documents based on client feedback and project constraints.
- Maintain up- to- date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technological advancements.
- Develop and present project proposals, feasibility studies, and design strategies.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocations, and schedules.
- Manage architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and planning regulations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross- disciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct site analysis, research environmental impacts, and compile feasibility reports.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects, designers, and drafters; assign tasks and monitor progress.
