Senior Associate, Engineering, Estate Management

• Coordinate the early intervention, inspection, takeover and daily management, and operation of target projects.
• Maintains operating condition of project and equipment, and completes simple repairs.
• Ensure smooth and effective daily operations within the industrial park.
• Enforce labor safety and fire prevention regulations, regularly monitoring compliance for tenants, guests, and workers within the industrial park.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on technical systems including electricity, water, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting systems, cameras, fire protection, landscape, and infrastructure within the industrial park.
• Be the first responder in handling emergencies at property.
• Ensure the industrial portfolio (factories, offices, warehouses, recreational accommodation, etc.) operates efficiently and effectively to the satisfaction of all internal and external stakeholders (tenant, vendor, authority, etc.)
• Other duties / assignment from management from time to time.
• Monitor and report equipment status to department management, providing timely maintenance plans for operational efficiency.
• Conduct daily checks, maintain checklists, and monitor equipment to ensure optimal functioning of technical systems such as mechanical and electrical systems, infrastructure, buildings, and landscape while promoting energy efficiency.

Minimum 40 training hours per year
