Supplier Quotation Management

Negotiate with supplier to secure the best pricing, lead- times, and contract terms.
Analyze suppler proposals and assess cost competitiveness and propose the competitive materials costed BOM.
Request and collect quotations from supplier for materials, components, and services related to customer’s bill of materials (BOM).

Competitive Bidding Strategy

Develop strategic pricing models to ensure competitive advantages in bidding processes.
Ensure all bids aligned with company profitability goals and customer expectations.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, procurement, Finance) to prepare competitive proposals
Conduct market research to analyze competitor pricing, industry trends, and cost structures.

Bid Preparation and Submission

Optimize cost structures to improve the win rate in bidding processes
Maintain and update a database
Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals for customers in a timely and accurate manner

Stakeholder Collaboration

Coordinate with procurement to track supplier performance and cost fluctuations
Work with the engineering and production team to ensure bids reflect accurate cost estimations
Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies tailored to customer needs

Other assignments

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3- 5 years of EMS industry experience, with at least 3 years in bidding, or supply chain management, proposal management.
Others:

Strong understanding of cost drivers, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation within EMS space.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Familiarity with electronics assembly processes, supply chain logistics, and quality/regulatory requirements (ISO standards).
Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to oversee multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems.
Ability to interpret technical drawing, BOMs, and financial data to make data- driven decisions.
