• Proposal Development: Work closely with the technical team to conduct customer energy audits, analyze energy consumption data, and evaluate performance metrics. Develop customized technical and financial proposals that align with client needs and sustainability goals.
• Networking & Channel Development: Establish and expand networks and partnerships to identify opportunities for Cooling as a Service (CaaS), including Chiller Retrofit and Cooling System Optimization.
• Customer & Data Management: Maintain accurate sales activity records, client engagement details, and pipeline tracking to ensure transparency and data- driven decision- making.
• Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Contribute to the development of sales strategies for energy efficiency solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Participate in sales forecasting to support business growth targets.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead the end- to- end negotiation process, including contract structuring, pricing discussions, and risk management, to successfully close CaaS projects.
• Pipeline Development: Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and developing business opportunities in line with company objectives.
