Ngoài ra, trở thành đầu mối thực hiện thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp và chịu trách nhiệm các báo cáo, công việc liên quan đến việc quản lý chi phí phòng vận hành thẻ
Build up Control rules, reports and tools to prevent risky activities incurred on Card System related. Give idea to improve job and assure card operation activities can run smoothly under control rules. Besides, be a contact point to make payment for vendors and responsible all tasks/ reports related to cost management of Card operation department
Đề xuất và xây dựng văn bản quy trình pháp lý nội bộ và tiêu chuẩn hóa sơ đồ quy trình phù hợp với định hướng theo từng thời kỳ. Thường xuyên xem xét quy trình vận hành thẻ và các quy trình liên quan để cập nhật các hoạt động đúng theo luật công ty hiện ban hành.
Assess the internal documents to propose and build up the Legal process and the Standardized process diagrams which is in compliance with the common orientation from time to time. Regularly review the existing Card Operation processes and related processes to promptly update activities as the current regulations.

Support team to provide reports to Audit, SBV… about credit card operation activities.

Participant in projects & change requests of company to build up new function, improve and automate credit card operation activities.
