Senior Commercial Analyst Specialist (Food)

Business Analyst works in collaboration with Head of Food and other team members of food department to monitor performance, give insights as well as support other team members to deliver the KPI. Business Analyst need to work with other stakeholders from other departments to have full picture of food department performance and implement cross- team projects

Evaluate operational efficiency and build business models to support decision- making in the food vertical.
Provide detailed reporting on key Business KPIs related to the food vertical, such as performance metrics, conversion rates, website/app traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance. Cascade to each funtional team for KPI tracking and monitoring.
Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel performance, and multi- channel attribution to optimize marketing strategies for the food vertical.
Other tasks as assigned by Line manager and HOF.
Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards specific to the food vertical, ensuring stakeholders are informed of campaign effectiveness and performance insights.
Define, measure, and monitor key metrics in the food vertical and alert the business team to potential issues or opportunities based on real- time data analysis.
Develop conversion optimization strategies tailored to food vertical marketing campaigns, onsite changes, analyze A/B and multi- variate test results, communicate findings clearly, and offer actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence department to gather and analyze data, providing detailed recommendations based on marketing performance across food industry channels. Create and present insightful, visually appealing dashboards for key stakeholders.

Hands- on experience working with Product teams to analyze data, evaluate features or flow performance, and support testing of new usage cases.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Business or similar field- - if you think your background brings something to the table, we want to hear from you!
Strong commercial sense with proven experience in translating insights into clear actions, supported by case studies or experiment results.
Communication and collaboration skills.
Result- oriented mindset with a focus on overall platform performances prior to individual achievements.
Analytical rigor- Excellent excel skills, SQL and Python/R knowledge are preferred. We use data to inform our decisions; you&039;ll quickly identify what data you need to resolve a problem and how to analyze it to get to your answer. You&039;ll have experience dealing with complex data sets, deriving insights and checking against what you see in the real- world.
4+ years of Strategy Consulting, Engineering, Banking, Process Improvement, Business Intelligence or similar background in a large business or growing a startup is expected, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements.
