About the role:
As a Senior Commercial Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing Commercial Marketing initiatives, working closely with the Head of Commercial Marketing and cross- functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Marketing & Go- To- Market (GTM)
Lead commercial marketing initiatives for assigned products or customer segments
Execute GTM plans for new features, key product categories, and strategic partnerships
Partner closely with Sales & Growth teams to support proposals, pitch decks, and deal conversion
Content & Sales Enablement
Ensure clear, consistent, and conversion- driven messaging across all touchpoints
Develop and optimize commercial marketing materials, including proposals, pitch decks, sales kits, onboarding, and activation content.
Partnership & Co- Marketing
Support co- marketing and co- promotion campaigns with partners, brands, and suppliers
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver campaigns on time
Track performance and recommend optimization actions
Market Insights & Performance Tracking
Turn data and feedback into actionable recommendations for business growth
Gather market and customer insights to refine GTM strategies and messaging
Monitor campaign effectiveness, customer adoption, and conversion metrics
Vendor & Agency Management
Ensure quality, timelines, KPIs, and budget efficiency are met
Work with agencies and third- party vendors to deliver marketing assets and campaigns

What you will need:
Comfortable working cross- functionally with Sales, Growth, Product, and Operations teams
Strong hands- on experience in GTM execution, sales enablement, or partnership marketing
Background in Tech, App, B2B, Retail, or Marketplace is a strong plus
Excellent coordination and execution skills with strong ownership mindset
5–7+ years of experience in Commercial Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related roles
Data- driven approach with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize performance
Nice to have:
Solid understanding of trade marketing mechanics and commercial funnels (lead → onboard → activate → retain)
Ability to thrive in fast- growing startup or scale- up environments with ambiguity and rapid change
