Senior Concept Artist

- Create complete concept artworks — from sketches and mood paintings to final illustrations — demonstrating strong creativity and artistic execution.
- Review outsourced or collaborative art assets and provide feedback to ensure compliance with the project’s visual standards.
- Contribute to the definition and iteration of the game’s art style, proposing innovative visual ideas to enhance product quality.
- Take ownership of the overall visual style and art direction of the game, delivering high- quality concept designs for characters, environments, props, and related visual elements.
- Collaborate closely with the UI and Motion teams to ensure consistency between concept art, interface visuals, motion effects, and the overall product experience.
- Work cross- functionally with designers, UI artists, motion designers, and engineers to ensure timely delivery and high visual quality.
- Build and maintain the visual design language and style guide based on the game’s theme and world setting, ensuring visual consistency and scalability.

Team Building
14 months’ salary means a bonus for half a year’s work equivalent to one month’s salary, and it is also granted based on performance evaluation results.
Allowance: 80k/day
